So Much To Do…

Do you wake up each day thinking exactly that?

"I have soooooo much to do."

"There aren't enough hours in the day."

Me too.

The more you get done, the more you want to do.

So if you want to get the most out of your time,

you must focus on high return activities first.

But that's usually the opposite of what most people

do.

For most people in corporate America - they go

to the office, get some coffee and check email.

Then they check some more email.

Then maybe they go off to a meeting.

Then it's time for lunch.

Fitness pros are no different.

When it comes to marketing, most fitness pros

will make a blog post, a YouTube video or write

and article long before they'll get on the phone

and make some calls or go out and do some

face-to-face networking.

If you want to be more productive - and more

successful than 98% of the people in this (or

any) industry, try this:

Identify the 2 or 3 highest return activities you can

do each day and focus on them first.

Only after you've put in a good 60-90 minutes on

those should you consider moving to some of the

other tasks on your 'To Do' list.

Try that for the next week. I suspect you'll get

more done in that week than you did in the last

month.

Dedicated to your success,

Pat

Hopefully you've been following my buddy Pat

Beith's videos about running speed clinics. They're

some of the highest return events I've ever run - so

much so that we're even doing a full workshop on them

at the IYCA Summit.

If you're going to be at the workshop, this is one

heck of a primer.

If not, I'd suggest you study this even more:
