easy, then finding Hot Buttons is a good place
to start.

A Hot Button is that driving force that makes
someone take action NOW.

For most clients and campers it centers around
weight loss and self image.

When I was training clients and athletes regularly,
I also used deadlines as Hot Buttons.

I worked with a lot of athletes trying to get
scholarships or sign pro contracts. I've even
worked with my share of pageant participants.

If the athletes or pageant participants weren't ready
by a certain time - their window closed.
